For the first time, Todd Tesen and Annette Söhnlein are co-teaching a retreat at the Farmhouse 1604.

They are both know for their great sense of humor that makes it so much easier to leap into a deeper understanding of Yoga.

You can expect a refinement in your asana-practice, a deepening of your philosophical understanding and a widening of your breath awareness.
